Oops, appeared to have missed this thread the other day. Congrats to everyone who makes this place what it is and to Sal for keeping it all going for us. I find it hard to believe I joined Erinsborough around 6 years ago and although I've dipped in and out I've been pretty much a regular for the past 3-3.5 years! This is easily one of the best communities I've been on online .
-
Just had a look on my iPod Touch and the Lo-Fi skin is fully active on it if users want to select that for a mobile device.
-
Having the board in a green skin takes me back a bit!
-
In the top right corner where your username is there is a drop-down menu if you click on it. Select my profile and within that is a button (again top right I think) to edit your profile and you can find those options in there.
-
I'll take a look at it tomorrow. It should all be enabled for use (just not forced), but I'm a bit at a loss of how to test it without the technology myself if it's not already working.
If you want me to test it out on my iPod just give me a shout .

I only use the Touch for internet / as an organiser, I have no actual music on it . I much prefer (for the most part) just looking at standard versions of sites on it as opposed to the condensed / lo-fi mobile versions.
-
Awesome, looks like the web version now. I can find things again! Cheers, Sal Much appreciated.
-
At the bottom the only options I have are; Back to top, forum home, delete my cookies and mark board as read. I can't find anything on the "my settings" bit either if such an option should exist .
In short, really liking the web version, really disliking the default iPhone version .

Looking good, though it's taking a while to get used to it not being blue .
A question, Sal, will apply to others probably. I use my iPod touch to access the forum a lot and it looks completely different to how it does on Firefox whereas on the old one it looked the same is that part of the new software. It's definitely less graphic intense but (imo) a little hard to find what you're looking for on there as nothing seems to be in any sort of order other than the list of sub-forums. Perhaps other folks who use Safari on the touch / iPhone could shed some more light on it.
-
Woohoo you all did it, big congrats and well done to all involved .

You can get the last 30 days on DemandFive (or whatever it is called) but other than that you're out of luck for the remainder of the months that you are missing. The Summary Archive is your best friend for the missing ~8 months.
-
My page looks like this if it helps at all;
-
I was getting some sort of 'Forbidden' message coming up which made me think there was a problem as opposed to it being down for work being done on it.
I should have said that originally, shouldn't I?
-
The archive looks fab guys Big thanks for all your hard work.
BTW, is it just me or is the site down at the moment?
-
I sense me tagging as a "break" from work again.
-
Cheers Sal Mine are all 600-750px width at the moment. Re-sizing and correctly naming those shall be my next task when I want a break from writing my project up.
-
Picture tagging became quite therapuetic in a way. Quite way I spent my breaks from revising tagging screencaps I will never know
Gaynor, what is the standard size of screencaps and I will get to sorting out all those 2007 ones I already have sitting on my computer for you guys.
Major events in 2007? Is Stingrays death the only currently on there? Major ones would obviously be the revamp (Frosie Wedding), Hit and Run, Roof Collapse. What about stuff like Frazer's accident, Gail's return, Izzy's return the Kusan Wedding, the exits of people like the Timmins, Sky & Boyd.
-
There is a tally too, how many eps per year have been summarised and screencapped from the total for that year. Also got the 'Neighbours' logo from the credits in the corner too. The whole thing looks fantastic!
Are there going to be any more highlights added to 2007? 2005/6 has a much longer list and 2007 was obviously a massive improvement in most areas compared to the previous two.
-
*goes to search for more, less obvious ones*
-
I noticed the other day there is now a little icon next to the ep number if there are screencaps for that episode which is a nice touch.
-
I might have overlooked this, but on the iQuotes pages is there a way searching for certain characters so if you wanted to submit one you don't end up sending one that is already there?
-
Awesome
I used to love these so I was happy when I saw them return this morning!
Cheers, Sal

Well done folks

Yeh it was, cheers Carly
ETA: Just to let you know, so you can save space; it's appearing in the groups folder as well as the Frazer and Rosie one

Congratulations and thanks for all the work over the last 7 years. I can't believe I've been here almost 8 years now.
Funny to think I became friends with one of my best friends on here and if this place didn't exist we'd have never met.
