Sal has just confirmed, it is a subscriber option. So dependent on how desperate you are to change your pic, either wait, or become a subscriber, It's cheap, there are lots of subscriber perks, and it really helps Sal out in finding the hundreds of pounds each year it takes to run the board. the subscriptions button is at the top if you want it.
