I've spent three days filing and now have backache from bending over the desk all day!

Been down memory lane - went to Derby, my hometown to look at my old house and school! I don't know why I ever left!

is exhausted after getting daughter off to university! Traffic bumper to bumper from Leicester all the way down the M1!

is suffering brain overload from a law workshop!

has got to take Miss L(2) swimming in a minute and I don't feel like it! Sigh!

has got back from 2 weeks in China! An amazing country!

Going to China next Saturday, where it could be 35 C, and M & S has the winter coats in already!

Miss L(2) has finished her A-levels! No more stress about homework, coursework, exams....

Its Miss L(2)'s last day at school today (apart from exams). Wahaaaay!

Spent £.30,000 in court last week against my County Council and we've won! (We will be living on baked beans forever, but justice prevails sometimes!)

is drinking no alcohol lager -its very yeasty!

My livebearing fish has given birth - it was so exciting to see her babies yesterday. What to do with them is another question?

Miss L(2) applied to universities to do geography; and now decides she wants to do Japanese!

is panicking - Master L's Polish girlfriend is coming for Xmas! Have to plan exciting meals and spring clean the house!

Sorted out my e-mail account today - so can send e-mails again!

was very tempted by the smell of croissants and coffee in the petrol station before breakfast!

had a new experience - an unmarked police car cutting in front of her, which she could have easily crashed into; it stopped all the traffic on the M1, while 4 police cars surrounded someone!

is very relieved, she found her passport had fallen down the back of the drawers, after turning the house upside down, looking for it!

went to Stratford Westfield today - it was packed!

was woken again at 1.00 am by hysterical screaming over a certain massive spider!

thought Llandudno and N Wales is beautiful in the sunshine
